Check or Money Order - Add to your shopping cart as usual, when you are finished simply PRINT out the Shopping Cart Page when you are done OR copy it by hand (Print Clearly) and include the...  - Order Form (clearly filled out)  - Check or Money Order (payable to Twigs and Things)  - Mailing Address (please include phone number)   3. Telephone Orders - This option is allowed (until we get overwhelmed) for credit card orders only.  Call 818-957-7074 with your order and credit card number. 4. C.O.D. - C.O.D. orders are also accepted with payment by cash, cashier's check or money order. Sorry - No personal checks will be accepted on C.O.D.'s Return Policy: We stand behind our products 100%.  If an order is unsatisfactory for any reason it may be returned within 10 working days of receipt of the product.  Merchandise damaged by shipping must be reported immediately to the shipping carrier and Twigs and Things in order to get a replacement product or a refund. There is a $15 charge for all returned checks. Shipping is free for all orders in the U.S. Shipping fees will be added to all orders shipped outside the U.S.
